Children are bulled at school.
Children are sexually assaulted by adults.
Children are sexually abused.
Children are sodomized by adults.
Children are pushed into drug trafficking by adults.
Children are pushed into drug use by adults.
Children are inadvertently killed by adults.
Children are victims of tribal wars in Africa.

The unconscious contains our primitive biological urges that makes us survive ( hopes, dreams, fantasies, wishes, creativity love, warmth, conducts. sexual urges, abuses and the list is endless.)
Dream is part of our unconscious life. It delivers protective work without our conscious awareness. Our brain cannot handle every single second of exposed information though our conscious awareness. Our unconscious delivers messages in the form of sensory images. Dreams are difficult to interpret since they do not follow the logic of our conscious awareness. But all dream carry our unconscious experiences of our daily life( present and past ).

Headache represents one of the most distressful and frightening human experiences seen by doctors worldwide. Tension headaches are the most prevalent type of headaches, followed by migraine headaches. Headaches have no race predilection and interestingly enough are more common in females than males. In Africa one of the of the treatment approaches includes application of moist cool compresses over the forehead, which alleviates the sympathetic arousal linked to pain. It also might reduce the cerebral vasodilatation which is believed to trigger the mechanism of headache initiation. In addition to the above approaches, in some cultures wrapping the head tightly with a piece of cloth is believed to help patients with headaches. This painting shows the facial expression of headache sufferer.

Normal sexual arousal depends on a number of factors such as:

3. sound psychological and emotional well being.
4. vaginal lubrication.
Female Genital mutilation causes deep concealed psychological trauma that will manifest in a vast array of sexual impairment during adult life.
In areas of the world where sexual desire is perceived as an aberrant behavior, sexual inertness is considered as being a positive, morally accepted behavior. I
In such cultures, it is believed that sexual desire is a sin and may lead to sexual promiscuity and thereby men may lose control over women.
It might well be true that excising the organ of sexual desire will paralyze women’s freedom of enjoying the gift of nature which is the instinct of sexual desire and orgasm.

Obstructed, high risk labors are very common in genitally mutilated women. One of my practical approaches was to deliver such women via Caesarian Sections. The most common complications, if allowed to deliver, were high degree of perineal tears, formation of recto vaginal and vescico vaginal fistulas. In Somaliland there are special departments that deal with fistulas only. My thoughts are why should we allow to spend so much money on fistula hospitals if we could stop FGM!

I disobeyed the moral conducts inscribed in my faith and religion.

I got sick with wheezes and cough
My doctor said it were severe asthma.
He prescribed me a magic medication.
It relieved my respiratory distress.
I kept taking it continuously.
My face started to look like a " full moon " shape.
I started gaining weight and developing purple stretch marks on my belly.
My skin was thinning to a degree that it was easily bruising.
Hairs started growing on some of my body just like men do.
My regular menstrual periods were becoming rare and scanty.
I was becoming weak and sexually anhedonic.
I was experiencing diabetic like symptoms such as frequent urination and feeling thirsty.
I went back worried to my treating doctor.
Her explained to me that I have developed Cushing's syndrome.
He linked my condition to the use of steroids that were given
to ease my breathing.

This time I have painted about DISCOID LUPUS.
Acrylic 20" x 16" on stretched canvas.
Lupus Erythematosus is a name given to a collection of autoimmune diseases in which the human immune system becomes overactive and attacks normal, healthy tissues. Symptoms of these diseases can affect joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, heart, and lungs.
My painting is focusing on incomplete Lupus which affects mainly the skin namely Discoid Lupus.
Discoid Lupus presents with skin lesions localized above the neck, with favored sites being the scalp, bridge of the nose, cheeks mimicking the image of a butterfly.
For Your information the famous musicians Seal and Michael Jackson suffered from, this condition.

I am addicted to nicotine.
Nicotine suppresses my appetite.
It increases my serotonin level
therefore it makes me feel good.
I am well aware about the health risks
linked to nicotine.
It feels hard to quit smoking.
Nicotine should be banned in the world.
It is never perceived as addictive as alcohol or other drugs.
It is widely available in most of the stores.
Tax money, generated from sale of nicotine, supports the government budget.
On the other side of the coin billions of dollars are Spent on the medical conditions linked to nicotine.
My close friend is diagnosed with lung cancer today.
I feel distressed.
Finally I made up my mind.
I will quit smoking right now.

Our brain needs breaks from every day routines.

Coming to your real senses will deviate your attention to a different dimension far away from provocative unnecessary stresses.

Violence Against Female Gender.
Africa has a long standing tradition of incredibly unequal power between men and women. This has led to an extremely high rate of violence against women.
Rape is a powerful tool in violence against women. The unstable political climate in many African countries plus other factors like violent cultures of tribalism had led to a high number of conflicts and wars. During these conflicts it is not uncommon for rape to be used as a "weapon of war".
Girls are further subjected to violence by the act of female genial mutilation.
Violence against women begins in childhood. African families show an obvious preference for sons over daughters. African society views sons as a credit to their family, while families that have only daughters are stigmatized.
In ancient Medieval times women were perceived as a natural reservoir for reproduction. Up to 17th Century women were not given access to medical
institutions to become doctors.
Children are the most vulnerable members of society that are exposed to the threats of physical, emotional abuses, domestic violence, environmental health hazards, civil wars, preventable accidents, preventable spread of communicable diseases and etc.
An adult's evolutionary instinct to protect his offspring spans across all primates. This congenital instinct ca be altered and influenced by the presence of above mentioned factors.

Marijuana
This is one of the series of images I am devoting to drug addiction.
Marijuana is one of the most abused substance in the world.
It is mind altering.
It has been used for achieving euphoria since ancient times. It has been known to Chinese as... back as to 2500 BC.
The Muslims also used Marijuana as the Alcohol was banned by Koran.
From China it spread to India, Middle East, North Africa and then Europe.
In North America it is illegal the use of Marijuana.
Marijuana causes short time memory loss, raising heart rate, chest pain and lung conditions.
It has the same carcinogenic ingredients like the ones present in nicotine.

Children are defenseless and dependent on their caregivers for non abusive care and love. Abuse of children is a crime. We are obligated to protect our children.
How will you fulfill such a responsibility when then they turn victims of inadvertent killings and suicide bombings. Drop your guns and be civilized.

Alcohol is one of the most abused substance in the world.
It may elicit a transient euphoric effect in susceptible individuals. Such experiences represent the root of potential addiction and abuse.
Men are more prone to the abuse of alcohol although this gender discrepancy is narrowing. A depressed individual craves for the depression- relieving effect of alcohol through its temporary mood elating effect.On the other hand, chronic alcohol abuse is linked to major depression.
The psycho social impacts of alcohol abuse are unequivocally tremendous. Abuse of this substance correlates with domestic violence, loss of employment and high risk taking behaviors such as experimenting and using more potent illicit drugs.

continuation of human lineage in the evolution of mankind. Do Aliens exist? How do they reproduce? Do they have gender characteristics like male and female gender organs/ Do they have a word like “birth” of a newborn? If they don’t reproduce like humans, can we assume that they are genetically engineered and cloned! Cloning human is within the reach and capacity of human knowledge today. Why Human should clone another human when this is already accomplished by our Divine Nature? What about cloning parts or organs of human as spare parts? Nature has not provided us spare parts in case a part of our body fails to function.From medical experience we know that any parts or organs of human can fail from complications of grave diseases or inborn errors. In this World, What options do doctors have? Very limited options. Why not support cloning of organs as spare parts for the simple reason that they can save us from dying earlier and therefore loose the Gift of living. Why should we deprive self from the gift of nature e.g. use of limitless capacity of our brain. The life cycle of human cannot be abolished by human. However the duration span of this cycle can be influenced by mankind.

Dream of falling into a ditch.

Interpretation of a dream is complex and it varies contingent with culture and various religions.
A dream where you pull off a person from a ditch, means you shall dole out to a poor person food, job or shelter.
Could interpretation of such a dream bear some relevancy to the pillars of all religions on earth. For example today millions of goats are slaughtered to feed the poor in Saudi Arabia. Is't enough!!!!! Again it depends whom you ask
( people feel uncomfortable or even a sin to ask a religious or divine practice ). There are people on this planet who believe (It is much easier to Kill why feed them ). Are we really practicing true religion or just faking.
Our world has changed so as the interpretation of religion. Region does not allow you to take away lives. Religion does not allow you terror or violence.

" This is my story. I escaped from violence and hostilities of tribal wars.

I was airlifted from a refugee campus in Africa. I reached the Golden Gate of Endless of Opportunities. On it was inscribed welcome to America.

I became inexplicably ecstatic from immensity of Freedom that I had to experience for the first time in my life. I got lost and confused about my priorities. I communicated with the wrong crowd. I gave up my will to the influence of the modern culture which says" It is ok to drink alcohol, party and use drugs"

I became captive by this addiction. I am realizing now that is not what freedom stands for. I will look for help and get my life back and sober "

Blurred Memories




As you age your memory gets blurred. The transcripts laid on your memory archive of the brain lose color saturation and sharpness. I don't feel discouraged since I could still repaint when I stumble on similar experiences using a brush, colors and canvas thus regenerating it. My creative mind is resistant to degeneration. Nature has not provided us spare parts in case a part of our body fails to function.From medical experience we know that any parts or organs of human can fail from complications of grave diseases or inborn errors. In this World, What options do doctors have? Very limited options. Why not support cloning of organs as spare parts for the simple reason that they can save us from dying earlier and therefore loose the Gift of living. Why should we deprive self from the gift of nature e.g. use of limitless capacity of our brain. The life cycle of human cannot be abolished by human. However the duration span of this cycle can be influenced by mankind.
