Human bio rythm

Human Bio Rhythm
Sunrise,
Sunrise marks the beginning of our wake cycle. After a night of physical and mental break, our body is charged with an energy for a new next unpredictable day cycle. Our starting gear is propelled by a cup of strong coffee. Have you ever thought about how sane our life is programmed. It is called bio rhythm which is naturally coded in all human beings. Have you ever had experiences of working night shifts! The impacts of health on night shift workers are paramount although underestimated. People who work night shifts go to their physicians with complaints of tiredness, fatigue, insomnia or somnolence, eating disorders, impaired control of their medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and propensity to weight gains.
