Giving up

To Give Up.
To give up means you accept failure.
One of the early clues of failure is to lye down while the eye balls roll toward the ceiling. Acknowledgement of failure is just what is relayed to your mind that you accept as the final end point. However any failure is but just a beginning of a learning process that eventually leads to a success. Do not let failure discourage you to move forward and achieve your projected goal. Accept failure as part of you learning process. Intensify your strives and work hard to excel. There is no other way out.
Remember that success will not come to your door. In between you and success there is a long journey of undulating experiences.

You live deep in my mind. Every time I think about the word love, I hear you saying I love you. We are meant to be together for life.

Illusions vs delusion

Illusions & Delusions.

Perception of distorted reality.
It just in your mind when your see someone who appeals to you better than you are. Our world is built up by a vast perceptions of a reality. However reality exists independent from your wishes or desires. If you deny reality, it means you are cheating your mind. If you perceive a reality distorted, your mind is being misled by your psyche. However if you perceive a reality that does not exist it means you are just hallucinating and need medical help.

Jaundice is not a disease but yes manifestation of various diseases.
Jaundice causes the whites of your eyes to turn yellow. It is caused by high bilirubin a chemical that derives from hemoglobin which is part of the Red Blood Cell. .

As red blood cells break down, your body builds new cells to replace them. The old ones are processed by the liver. If the liver cannot handle the blood cells as they break down, bilirubin builds up in the body and your eye may look yellow.

Some. of the causes of Jaundice are:
Blood diseases
Genetic syndromes
Liver diseases, such as hepatitis or cirrhosis
Blockage of bile ducts
Infections
Medicines

In Somalia the terminology used to describe yellow eyes is " Agaarsho "
It is believed to be a culprit of hepatitis which is called also " Agaarsho "
One of the old cultural practices for treatment of Hepatitis is local burning of the abdomen using nails.

Solitary Confinement.

Ebola

Fear will make you lose your freedom.
There is nothing to be ashamed of fear, when your life is in jeopardy.
I am afraid of Ebola. Ebola is a deadly virus just like a brain cleansed individual who made up his mind to take away lives of innocent civilians by blowing up himself.

When I am a potential threat to the community I will volunteer to be isolated as long as it takes till I am no longer a threat to my surrounding and neighbors.
It is so stupid to say that You want to enjoy your freedom when you could potentially spread a deadly virus. You could look healthy now but you can never be sure what can happen to your tomorrow especially when you have been helping people affected by t his virus no matter how cautious you were not to contract it.

Loss and Grieving

Loss of a loved one causes severe distress and emptiness.
It feels as if part of your psyche, mind and soul is detached and taken away.
Namely this missing part will transform into a linking bridge with loss of loved one. .
A lost person never disappears from our space and will always live/exist in the memories of people who cared about him or her.

THE UNCONSCIOUS
The unconscious travels all the time to retrieve the left over memories and experiences not picked up by our conscious psyche.Such phenomenal experiences are delivered to our mind which are then re experienced in form of a dream.
Such dreams are odd and portrayed as surrealistic art images.
I delve into such unconscious representation of reality and try to transform into a visual art so that I could share with friends.
It is difficult at times to understand what I paint about since it involves difficult subjects in psychology, philosophy, medicine and deep thoughts.
You don't have to endorse or support what I write and paint about.

A Positive Dream
Dream is an energy that separates your mind from your body and travels across the entire world in search of experiences. Such experiences may entail reflections of your past, present and even future. It is pleasing to your soul when your unconscious psyche comes across a beautiful scene of peace where people walk and enjoy a splendid clear blue sky devoid of the fumes of violence and pollution.

Insomnia.
You don't have to use medicine to be able to sleep.
Some of the rules of sleep hygiene include full body and mental relaxation.
(No TV, Face Book , Internet or arguments on emotional issues.)
The outcome is obvious.

We are very close to the title of being called as homeless.
Home has different meanings. When I am heard speaking English with an accent, I am asked " where my home is"

Exhaustion of life energy

About Exhaustion of Life Energy.

Life is an energy that keeps human moving above the surface of the ground.
This energy is not eternal. Just imagine driving a vehicle with full tank of gasoline.
When this energy exhausts and wanes you stumble and fall to the surface of the ground and eventually you sink down beneath.
You are like a seed of a flower underneath the ground. With appropriate nurture you emerge and spring out. Joy and excitement will cover your face. However when your coded energy of life expires you fall to the ground and eventually the earth welcomes you back to earth.

Water ad s source of life

Water is the source of life.
Consumption of water costs money.
Ground water is contaminated with numerous pollutants
However it feels so good to cleanse you nude body from pollution of stress.
We are absolutely fearless about contracting an ailment from water.
Couldn't you contract a disease from air pollution, stress from work or home or even touching someone!

The cycle of poverty

The Cycle of Poverty.

It has an initiation marked by a birth day. It rolls along a rotating wheel similar to the wheels of a motor car.
It is fueled, for energy, by minimum needs just to make ends meet. It appears submerged beneath the surface of reality. However it is visible although people in power pretend loss of vision.
What is the significance of freedom and democracy living in this vicious cycle of poverty. You can blow a balloon and fill all your frustrations into it, however the end result is well established by the law of nature. The balloon will not resist your frustration and it will rupture. What will happen next is obvious. Your frustration brought by poverty will dissolve in the air.

Marital discord

Marital Discord.

In between us there is a division which separates us by a brick wall.
Our children are looking at us as if we are enemies.
They are silently and profoundly distressed, assuming that it is their fault.
They think about their random misconduct as being the culprit.
I feel that this will subconsciously impact as a psychological trauma in their minds.
Their unconscious psyche will one day haunt them and they will never figure out why they conduct themselves defensively when it comes to relationship.

This is an example of psycho analysis of a psychological trauma in children. You will come across often in life, when you become attentive, curious and knowledgeable.
