Polygamy is a form of marriage in which a person has more than one spouse.
There are 3 forms of polygamy:
A. Polygyny - A man has multiple simultaneous wives
B. Polyandry - A woman has multiple simultaneous husbands
C. Group Marriage: The family unit consists of multiple husbands and multiple wives.
Polygyny is by far the most common practice.

Are you afraid of committing an adultery punishable by Religion?Why should you commit an adultery knowing that it is illegal by moral and religious standards?

Are you captured by unresolved unconscious instinctive urges.
Do you intend to help a single poor mother raise her children!
