Walking for Meditation and Fitness.
Sunset is the best time since it is cooler on the beach
The breeze of the ocean massages gently your face.
The colors overlying the darkening sky are eye catching.
The soaring and crushing of the wave is like music to my ears.
My mind feels relaxed.
The deeper layers of my soul are filled with joy.
I feel rejuvenated.
