Life is made of a composite of colors.
Colors like Music carry the life energy that tunes our mood and affect..
For example " Today is a Beautiful Day" means there is a gorgeous weather pictured in bright colors; We appear to enjoy such a day. It means colors had affected our mood.
On the other hand when You say " It is nasty today " To my understanding it means it is raining and outside is grey. Of course it depends where you live.
