Health & Fitness.
Life means movement.
The only time you don't move is when you ar no longer breathing.
To maintain health and fitness, exercising becomes imperative.
Sedentary life style makes you unhealthy, unfit and gain weight.
Exercise is not limited to body exercise. Your brain yearns for fitness.
Watching TV or FB postings will not make you smart.
Because it doesn't involve using your brain.
Your brain stays idle if you do not create or invent something,
or assign challanging puzzles.
