Meditation

MEDITATION Meditation is allowing your subconscious part of your brain travel, explore and discover altruistic strategies of healing your physical and mental distress. The most challanging aspect of the meditation is the ability to switch your brain from a conscious status to another dimension of an immagined subconscious world where your heart is immersed in peace. The end result is the achievement of a total body control. During meditation you brain will ignore any ill causing effects of your environment and surrounding. Stress will transform into a nuisance factor. Overall result entails a confident control and preservation of your healthy body.
